To meet the increasing demand of using adjudication to resolve construction or engineering disputes as well as to encourage enlisting of potential HKICM members as an adjudicator, the Institute has set up an Adjudication Panel in March 2014 aiming to establish a List of Adjudicators (the “List) to provide adjudication services to HKICM members and the public.
HKICM members who are existing Accredited Adjudicator are encourage to apply for inclusion in the List (details of the qualifications for empanelling in the List to be announced later).
Dear Members,
In view of the increasing cost of business operations due to general inflation and our continued efforts in improving the services to the members, the General Council has approved a resolution to revise the annual subscriptions and application fees for admission into membership at its 2nd General Council Meeting held on 9 Feb 2022.
A healthy and balanced financial position is crucial in maintaining the growth of the Institute and the construction management profession. Thus, it was resolved that in addition to revising the level of membership fees, the Council will continue to explore ways to increase non-subscription revenue and to contain expenditure in striving for the quality services that can best fit members’ needs.
The revised HKICM Membership Fees 2022-23 will be in effect from 1 April 2022.
